平素より当館をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

現在、当館を装い、WhatsApp等を通じて予約確認やお支払いを促す不審なメッセージが送信されている事例が確認されております。

当館では現在WhatsAppを利用して、お客様へ予約確認やお支払いに関するご案内をお送りすることはございません。

そのため、当館名を名乗るWhatsAppからのメッセージやそこに記載されたURL・リンク等は当館から送信したものではない可能性がありますので、十分にご注意ください。

不審なメッセージを受信された場合

被害防止のため、以下の対応をお願いいたします。

• メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かない

• クレジットカード番号、暗証情報、パスワード等の個人情報を入力しない

• 不審なメッセージに返信しない

• メッセージの指示に従って、支払いや送金を行わない

• 添付ファイル等がある場合も、開かない

• 不審なメッセージは、内容に従わず削除する

万一、リンクを開いてしまった場合やクレジットカード情報・個人情報等を入力してしまった場合は、速やかにご利用のカード会社や関係機関へご相談ください。

Please be advised that we currently do not use WhatsApp to contact guests regarding reservation confirmations or payment requests.

Therefore, if you receive a WhatsApp message claiming to be from our property and containing a request for payment, personal information, or other action, please be aware that the message was not sent by us.

If You Receive a Suspicious Message

For your safety and security, please take the following precautions:

• Do not click on any URLs or links contained in the message.

• Do not enter your credit card details, passwords, or other personal information.

• Do not reply to suspicious messages.

• Do not make any payments or money transfers in response to the instructions in the message.

• Do not open any attachments included in the message.

• Please delete the suspicious message without following any of its instructions.

If you have already clicked on a suspicious link or provided your credit card or personal information, please contact your credit card company or the relevant financial institution immediately.
